  • On-site port a potties
  • Turf and wood chip footing
  • Large and “just challenging enough” toddler area
  • Unique equipment (raft swing, double swing, netted merry-go-round)
  • Plenty of benches and picnic shelter with a few tables to enjoy a snack
  • A sandbox of substantial size
  • A parking lot right next to it
  • Surrounded by a small concrete path
  • Great hiking trails
  • Older kids might enjoy the baseball fields or skate park directly adjacent to the playground
  • In the winter, enjoy the ice rink!

What to bring?

  • Snacks/a lunch to picnic
  • Sunscreen/sun hats (there’s not a ton of shade other than the shelter and some trees)
  • Sand toys (be prepared to share)
  • Water on hot days
  • Scooters or bikes for buzzing around the sidewalk that circles the playground
  • Skateboards or skates for skate park
