Summer Festivals, Big & Small (But Mostly Small)

mn festivals

Summer in Minnesota is meant for festivalling (yes, that’s a word) every weekend…spending oodles of money on terrible carnival games and rickety rides, knick-knacky crafts, and deep fried edible goodness.

Pick a weekend or two and support your local favorites by participating in their small-scale renditions of Disneyworld. Truth be told, your kids won’t know the difference.

Enjoy this listing of festivals in and around the metro area. If you have one to contribute that got left off the list, feel free to let me know or post it on the MinneMama Adventures Facebook page.
